2 months ago on Google - What a wonderful experience. Being at slowness and just soaking in all the love and warmth in the fresh cold village air was a bliss. The rooms were super comfortable, the meals fresh from the farm, served hot and with lots of love and the hospitality of our hosts was courteous and warm beyond words. Ashish and Kriti, you have created such a magical world in the lap of the Himalayas, that many many guests and travellers will keep you in their memories for years to come. Much love and strength to all of you and thank you for a splendid holiday.
I visited Slowness in Dec 2022 as a solo traveler. And I must say Kriti and Ashish have created an almost enchanting space for their guests to revel in. There is so much to take in, from the mighty Himalayan view right across your breakfast table, to having fresh ingredients served on your plate. Furry babies to hang out with and a wonderful opportunity to meet like minded folks. But above all, I found Slowness to be a great place to meet yourself. If you are looking to spend a few days by yourself, look them up, and don't miss a chance to sit under the oak tree!The staff here is very hospitable and the hosts make sure your genuine needs are taken care of. However, they are a sustainable farmstay. As long as you, "leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but memories" the place will serve you well.
Kriti & Ashish, thank you for making Slowness an experience I will never forget. In this fast moving world, someone is there offering what it would be to live in slowness. Feel the air, water, earth, sounds, and silences around you. What better way to connect with the environment within and outside.
